I have one suggestion. replace "Men Wanted" with "Adventurers Wanted" and add an image of both a male and female warrior.

Adventurers doesn't cover "Gender Neutral?!" AFter all who can tell the difference between male and female Dwarves, or Elves for that matter? LOL

LOL Per a v.e.r.y old joke (when a zookeeper was asked how to tell the difference between a male and a female hippopotamus) "That, madam, would only matter to another hippopotamus."

The reason I used this particular construction is because it is the text of the classified ad placed by Ernest Shackleford for his expedition to he South Pole in the decade of the 1900s.
While the modern eye might see it as exclusionary, it was not so seen i think in the context of a fantasy medieval world.

I guess my eye is not modern, I just don't see any problem with standard English, although I have see many changes to the language over the years, most of it serves no real purpose. On the other hand I have a few thousand words I would like to add to the language for use in Scrabble.

Yeah, but we need to add a bunch of "Q" words there are too few. My aunt who is 96 still beats us at least half or a bit more of the games. The problem for me is there are way more two letter words in the OED and the OSPD needs to adopt them.

We know you were being sarcastic, we were just waiting to see how long you could stand it, if we pretended not to know that. No danger of us thinking that you are PC!

It's an advertisement for players. At least it keeps the topic open and fun, that's the best I can do for an ad.

A monotypical old man could at least travel to Mr Anderson's FLGS by FLGing down the local monorail, or catching a ride from Mon-EL. On Monday.
