robkuntz , I really hope you finish this and publish it at some point. A novel length fairy tale, if we are lucky maybe others will follow you and do the same. I feel sorry for the multitudes who are unfamiliar with fairy tales. I couldn't agree more with this!! What is your opinion of Naomi Novik's Uprooted and her other works? Are you familiar with her? |

I'm not familiar with her and I will have to check her books out. 2016 Nebula Award for best novel. I'm half-way through it and I like it so far. It's a modern take on fairy tales. |
