Interesting topic!  I'm behind on this genre but I do enjoy it. I've only seen one of the movies on your list.

I thought True Grit was pretty awesome!  I enjoyed it tremendously.  I need to watch the original sometime.

I also enjoyed the Deadwood series.

I'm drawing a blank on anything else... .
