Thanks for the idea. With regards to the Mole Men, I will ask Atherton if there is an extinct species of Mole. Dire Moles?
With regards to the dwarves, I'm not sure that there are any in the Inner Aerth. The FORGOTTEN REALMS lore explicitly mentions a genocidal war between dwarves and orcs.
One can also use the term species enemy.
With regards to the Nazi presence in the Inner Aerth, this derives from a campy B-movie / chris107's Castle Redstar campaign / TRACTICS. The story is that a gate was opened to Aerth, Teutonia, in the year 1944/1945 in the real-world. (Note that none of this is canon, of course!)
As a Teutonic/Norse state, dwarves are prolly found in and/or under Teutonia, as well as Joten in the mountains. With regards to the human population, the overall tech level is still a baseline 13th century, with what little WW2 technology there is being mainly kept at Berlin.
So, if you can imagine mounted knights in chainmail with a spear, flanking a tank, then you have the right idea, there.
In Teutonia, Hitler (or, one of his clones: one can never be sure!), is readying for war && conquest. This time around, there are no Jews: the Jewish faith is 16 years old, having arrived in the year 1000, which was prophecied as the beginning of the End. The Jews are found far away, in Phillistia. Likewise, the Christians in Rome, and, the Moslems in Yarbay. All three faiths arrive at the same time, and, there are strange lights in the sky.
Already, the forces of Christianity && Islam meet in battle, around Hasur/Shamash (this is where the Crusades take place).
So, as one can see, this Aerth campaign is a real historical melting pot! Julius Caesar is involved in the Crusades (theory).
Meanwhile, on Inner Aerth: missions of exploration continue, as per the rumored Thule Expeditions of the Third Reich (other areas they have been to, so far: Amazonia, Tibet).
I'm going to crack open my HOLLOW WORLD box, and, read that material for the first time, for new ideas/inspiration. I'll get back to you on the dwarves.
With regards to Inner Aerth in general, PELLUCIDAR is highly recommended, and, that can be considered "real" in the Inner Aerth.

OK, found it! The dwarves that you refer to would be the Kogolor Dwarves, from HOLLOW WORLD. Consider HOLLOW WORLD to be a 'canon' source for the Inner Aerth, until further notice. When time permits, I will do a summary post for this, like I have done for other books. Something that lists these options: * races * classes * skills * equipment * spells With regards to PELLUCIDAR, consider that to be the underlying baseline default for Inner Aerth. Within that imaginary structure, it is pretty easy to place things such as Mole Men and/or HOLLOW EARTH content. @tmao: thanks again for the creative content! I just wish that more people would do the same...! Prespos
