Is there general agreement on who is writing what? I am trying to identify the author of every handwritten note. There seems to be more than 2 styles of handwriting, which makes me worried that there is more than one person writing comments (and thus harder to identify who is who). We can tell Gary's handwriting in the own letter he writes to Arneson; that's obviously clear enough. Does that mean all the smaller writing (including the "Table of Contents" of the Guidon Draft) is Arneson? If so, does that mean Arneson wrote that charming little note "This is where Gary editorializes and tells neat stories as much as his little heart desires..."? And that all the feedback notes organized by page number are Dave's notes to Gary?
It APPEARS that most (not all) the handwritten notes on the Guidon Draft are Gary's, unless I'm mistaken?

I am not one to ask about who's handwriting is who's; however, I think the smaller writing is Arneson's and the "charming little note" as well. It is my opinion, that "all the feedback notes organized by page number are Dave's notes to Gary." Eventually the researchers may publish an evaluation of those things, but for most of us fans, it is just speculation. Although some fans may have a keener eye than others. I agree that there is more than one person's handwriting present, at least two, maybe even three.

On the page of handwritten notes organized by page number, the first several rows appear to be in Gary's writing, while the rest are Dave's. Again, these are guesses. I am guessing that the vast majority of handwritten notes there are Dave's, and that Gary had prepared the typed manuscript.

Yeah, I am pretty sure that all of the typed manuscripts originated on Gary's end of things. IIRC I once saw posted the names of the woman or women doing the typing.

The Perilous Dreamer and ronaldsf, in the testimony, I saw referenced in another thread, there was also typing done on Dave's end too. I think the handwritten notes are what Dave had left, after he had someone type up his notes which were what was sent to Gygax.
