Original D&D Campaigns (Creator Campaigns)

We all know about the founding per-D&D Dave Arneson (Blackmoor Campaign). And we know about the Gary Gygax (Greyhawk Campaign) that started as a playtest campaign pre-publication. Some of us may know of the Rob Kuntz (Kalibruhn Campaign) that was for part of its history merged (co-DMs) with the Greyhawk Campaign.

Some of us know a little or a lot or somewhere in between about these campaigns, but most probably not that much. I knew a little but not a lot.

Then there are two other campaigns, the Len Lakofka (Lendore Isles Campaign) and the Frank Mentzer (Aquaria Campaign) of which I know the names and that is about it.

There were also some other Twin Cities campaigns about Arneson's friends.

So who knows something they can share about these and who can name others not mentioned so far?

This is the first I have ever heard of the "Len Lakofka (Lendore Isles Campaign) and the Frank Mentzer (Aquaria Campaign)". But I would love to know more about them.

Frank Mentzer was involved at that stage? I had no idea.

Well yeah, but not super early, his involvement was post publication by a longer time period than Len Lafofka, IIRC.
