Two Weapon Fighting-Men

Does anyone allow Two Weapon Fighting-Men in OD&D? If so, how do you adjudicate it? What weapon combinations do you allow? Do you have any minimum stats for it?

Only about 1% of the population is truly ambidextrous, meaning they have no dominant hand, while 90% of people are right-handed, and 9% of people are left-handed. Some people have different dominant hands for different tasks.

Of that 1% about 2/3 are men and 1/3 are women.

I allow it, just make the role to see if you are ambidextrous. The chance is 33 in 10,000 for women and 67 in 10,000 for men. So if you are ambidextrous, then you have no penalties. Otherwise you have a -2 to Hit with your offhand and your AC is one step worse.
