As I mentioned elsewhere I am in the process of developing two fan-zines for WH Fantasy Roleplay 1e, Warhammer Fantasy Battle 2e & 3e, and Mordheim, plus one for 1e WH 40k Rogue Trader (1987) and Proto-Necromunda (Confrontation). Anyone interested the above games? What are your favourite editions and factions?

I'm pretty interested in WH - its ridiculously popular at my FLGS, but I'm a broke gamer, so my options are limited.
For me, 1st or 2nd edition WHFR is preferred, but some of my discord players are interested in WH40K Only War, some Deathwatch, and possibly some Rogue Trader. It'd be a total 40K universe game.

I had 1e. I played once and ran once. It had 3 rolls to hit. Roll to hit, roll to wound and roll for your armour. Too clunky but it is a fantastic source for ideas.

Posts about the games, along with breaking down the editions and factions and stuff is something I would enjoy reading. We could have a section for Warhammer here, if we got several active threads going. |
