For anyone interested, I made several blank monster entries available for anyone who wants to use them to upload new monsters or in their personal house rules. Monsters seem to be one of the most common additions to the games, so I hope somebody finds these useful. Whenever we get the fanzine up and going, it would be cool to see some monsters from various systems and formats listed instead of all of them using the same layout. They are listed in the corresponding areas. I left them in Rich Text or Word Format so they could be edited, saved as appropriate file type, copied to your document, or exported to pdf, etc. Feel free to add other templates (spells, races, etc.) or add something from a forum appropriate game that I haven't done. We could have resources for all of these games in their corresponding format at some point.
So far, I have made the following available.
All The World's Monsters (in a reply below) Arduin B/X Delving Deeper Full Metal Plate Mail Swords & Wizardry Complete White Box: Fantastic Medieval Adventure Game
I am also working on some more for the following games.
B/X (in progress) AD&D 2E (in progress)
Here are some other possibilities.
All The World's Monsters Back to the Dungeon Palladium Fantasy RuneQuest Classic The Fantasy Trip

Just out of curiosity, does anybody want anything like this in pdf format with blank spaces to write in the numbers by hand? It would be a snap to make it happen but I don't even know if people want that sort of thing anymore.

I made a blank monster entry form heavily inspired by the All the World's Monsters series of books. These books were full of monsters submitted by fans for use with "fantasy games" but everybody knew they were mainly used for D&D. I drew inspiration from their original format - even left in the "created by" entry - but that's not necessary. I dig these books because of their variety and there are plenty of contributions from well known individuals in the hobby such as Steve Marsh, Dave Hargrave, etc. Maybe someone will find it useful?
