What, in your view, constitutes a proper bribe?

What, in your view, constitutes a proper bribe? How long would you like this post to be?

If you would like I will copy the first few posts from here and start you a whole new thread and then it can be as long as it needs to be.

Now I've napped and might have a decent list. Don't see how this can interest anyone, but something funny might come from it. Or it might be a useful list for a mad scientist, a master blackmailer, or a politician.
Proper Bribes for the Average NPC
- a cure for Meniere's Disease and/or diabetes would be nice - a functioning car which would last 20 years without maintenance - Mordenkainen's Perpetual Ice Cream Machine - the Elbow of Vecna's brother-in-law, Murphy --- Murphy, of course, is a chaotic good men's room attendant ----- who is missing one elbow - Mary Jo Gygax's diary - Dave Arneson's frog

Is this for everyone to think about?
Roll 1d10:
1 - a fine silhouette portrait of (1d2: 1 - the bribee, 2 - the bribee's crush) 2 - a flute tuned to a scale not in local use (bribee hums the scale for you) 3 - bribee asks for something (roll again on this table) but will actually accept anything or nothing 4 - the skin of a specific wolf that has been harrying sheep (cattle, whatever). Bribee will know whether it's the right one and may cry if it's not. 5 - a jar of blood that doesn't clot 6 - "something I can really count on, you know?" 7 - an item that will create, on command, the sound of (roll 1d2 for the sound requested: 1 - a local bird calling, 2 - monks chanting) 8 - an orphaned fox cub ("but don't YOU orphan it!") 9 - a song never heard in these parts before 10 - a cheap reproduction of a piece of expensive jewelry owned (perhaps surprisingly) by the bribee
