I've tinkered with the idea of writing a game or running a campaign based on a bunch of concepts from the old science fiction serials such as Flash Gordon and similar shows.
The basic premise behind these shows should be pretty easy to replicate. Morality is basically GOOD or BAD without a lot of grey areas. The player characters should be members of the Rocket Rangers space patrol from the planet Earth. Of course, there should be other options such as scientist, ground forces like the Army, investigator, and others. Most of the game sessions should be about overcoming some alien threat or exploring a new world. I'm going to use this thread t brainstorm a little bit. Maybe it will lead to something...
