We have several nearby Dollar General stores in town. I always like to check the book rack to see what I can find. I've picked up a few books over the years. I was in there yesterday and there was once copy of the DUNE prequel House Harkonnen for only $3. I have 2 more of the original Herbert books and I've always planned on trying these additional books by his son Brian and Kevin J. Anderson so I bought it. Who knows how these compare to the original novels but I'll find out eventually.

I've yet to find any D&D dice at the Dollar (well actually now the Dollar Twenty-Five) Store despite the claims of others to the contrary

You probably don't find any at Dollar Tree because people like me buy the whole case when they're in stock 😂

Also, look for a shelf tab where it is and if it's empty ask if they have more in the back. When I did they had the rest of the case, that's why I just bought it all. Not everyone may do that, so you may be able to score what you want.

Worth tracking down the remainder of the series.Very involved with deep characters and lots of them. I don't want to give any spoilers but where else could you encounter a resurrected Alexander drinking wine along side Julius Ceasar?

I have bought books at these kinds of stores, but not recently. These days a better price than a used book store.

I have enough books to read for years, I still keep buying them, I don't know why, I may never get to read the ones I have now.
