This is inspired by the 1932 movie "The Island of lost Souls" It is a great version of "The Island of Dr Moroue" that has spawned many remakes. The 1932 version has a fantastic cast lead by Charles Laughton( in a role he hated). I am going to mix in a little Dr. Frankenstein.Will detail the good Dr,The Lawgiver and the Panther Woman. The Panther woman has escaped and is hiding in Muk City, the hook to getting the PC's to visit the area.If that doesn't work a second option will be a hiring to bring supplies to the area

Dr. Emiel Zaylin
L2 expert(doctor/vivisectionist)
The Doctor was driven out of Muk City for crimes against humanity and barely escaped. He fled with a fortune that allows him the freedom to operate in a ghastly way. He is taking animals and combining them with human parts to create humanoid monsters. He has one assistant, a former doctor who also had committed horrible crimes, Henty.
Moroue is charming and disarming keeping many secrets. His crowning acheivment is the Panther woman who is charming and innocent

The Panther Woman
Without human parts, this female is nearly 100% human in every way she is a combination of human and bestial. She is terrified of Zaylin and longs for more but she knows nothing of the world. An ally for the PCs but she hesitates moving against the Doc.
