Anyone watch this on Prime? Completely under my radar! Think a fantasy world with humans like Victorian England mixed in with the Fae Folk. Pretty drned good. Monte Cook created a shor (and free) rpg using the cypher narrative system
I'd likely adapt something like this

It also refers to something called the Cypher System Rulebook. The pdf at the link is $22.99. The link to read For Faerie, Queen & Country is a TSR publication.

I did a search and I ran across For Faerie, Queen & Country. Just saying, it is out of print and not at drive thru.

At $22.99, I would just use my own mechanics starting from OD&D. simrion that is a sweet little game.

I'd certainly adapt the world to something I'm familiar with, I'm not a narrative focused gamer. I like to sling dice, kill things and take their stuff!

I think I have seen For Faerie, Queen & Country. I might even have borrowed from it.
