Information in addition to the core rules lore that will be going into my digest supplement...
HUMANS The youngest of the Toldaran races to be considered players on the world scene. Humans are the shortest lived of the races but typically very adaptable and have a desire to explore, seek out treasures, and solve mysteries. Scholars speculate that a sizable portion of humans did not, in fact, originate from the world of Toldara. Theories suggest that they arrived from "another place" which could mean simply from an uncharted land across the sea or even through a gateway from another world.

ELVES Elves are the oldest of the races but are in a state of decline and reclusive by nature.

DWARVES Dwarves typically stick to their mountainous homelands secluded away from the world at large inside their underground complexes. Although they have allied with the Elven nations in the past, their relationship has varied over the recent years. The two powers are not openly hostile towards one another but have a calculated and measured approach when dealing with the other. This doesn't stop individual members becoming allies or even friends with members of the other race.

This will serve to account for beings such as John Carter of Mars, Tarl Calbot of Gor, or someone similar.

ELVESElves are the oldest of the races but are in a state of decline and reclusive by nature. Updated...ELVESElves are the oldest of the races and have always been somewhat reclusive by nature. They have seen a steady decline in recent decades and have become even more reclusive. At one time, considered the caretakers of the world the Elven nations have a lessened impact on the greater world at large. At one time it was not completely surprising to see an Elf but now it is a rare sight.

SLARNSSlarns are a somewhat recent emerging power on the world stage. Their influence isn't as far-reaching as some of the other nations yet but their reach is growing. One of the obstacles the Slarn face in their diplomatic efforts is their passing resemblance to the savage Lizardmen.

It sounds familiar but I haven't seen an exact match yet. <fingers crossed...>

I have found it as a given name, but not as a creature name and not in the name of a book.

HALFLINGS Often underestimated due to their small size and unimposing stature, halfling heroes have proven to be capable and resilient time and again.
It's a start. More to come...

HALFLINGSOften underestimated due to their small size and unimposing stature, halfling heroes have proven to be capable and resilient time and again. It's a start. More to come... Starting fresh on this one... HALFLINGSPreferring the simple routine of their rustic lives, they are the rarest of the standard races to seek out adventure. Many halflings enjoy reading adventure stories and listening to tales while gathered around a warm fire enjoying a hot meal but only a small number of them set out to engage in quests of their own. Despite being underestimated due to their small size, halfling heroes have proven to be capable and resilient time and again.
