Free Food
about 60% of the population is unemployed. The crown shares the Dead Eye Tuna harvest and provides very very meager rations free. Most of the fish are saved for export as the tuna is a fantastic food(see creatures) Rats are commonly eaten and the job of ratcatcher is a plumb job.
