If you wrote your own OD&D Supplement, what would it contain and what would you name it?

I would do a world source book of Muk City with new classes, Magic Items, monsters the whole kit and caboodle

This is actually something I've imagined several times. I don't own OD&D but I'm probably going to do it as a Delving Deeper supplement. The systems are super close so it should be a reasonable approximation. Part of the information is here at these boards in my campaign section for Toldara. I would have new player options, new monsters, new magic items, new charts of information to supplement what is in DD core. Of course, I would need an overview of the world, cults, religions, world powers, and whatever else I could throw in. Probably a hollow earth and some gates to other places as well.
