I'm torn (and impulsively obsessive) so my "Old School Gaming Horde" is fluid. I've a sizable accumulation of gaming books that, IMNSHO, are derivatives of old school gaming. We're I pushed into a corner I'd say my "ultimate" would be Moldvay/Cook B/X with add one like the LBB Supplements, All The Worlds Monsters, Booty and The Beasts and anything else I might riff off of.

The Dragon/Dragon, White Dwarf, Alarums & Excursions, and I would add The Fantasy Gamer from Steve Jackson Games.
