I see that this was not bumped on August 16th and the whole thing was missed for August. So the next bump day is September 16th and I am not going to be the one to bump it that day. Just saying!

I think we're going to chalk August Bump Day up to a reluctance to pull the trigger by all parties so I'm going to strive to ensure that September Bump Day happens! |

OK, it looks like mao was not on board with a set day each month, so we now have a new bump day for September as the 4th ( I know this is still the 3rd, but the stat day starts at 8PM currently and to give people a full day for Bump Day it is the 4th or all day tomorrow. |

For all the new members, Bump Day is when you are encouraged to seek out an older thread that has not seen the light of day for a while that you find really interesting, and you bump it by making a new comment and then we call get to take a look and contribute more to the thread. It does not have to be a really old thread, but it can be very old or even fairly new. The great thing about old thread is that we may have forgotten about a topic and now years later we have a fresh take on it ourselves.
