Do you use a Game Screen and, if so, what is on it? Did you make it yourself or buy something?

I've ran with and without a screen. I could go either way. If I was going to use a screen these days, it would be one of those that are half as high as the typical screen. Just enough to hide notes and that's about it.

No, I never have, I have though often thought about making one. I've debated on making one myself. I would like one with pockets similar to sheet protectors so I could use this one screen with any game I choose.

No ... and sorta.
When running 0D&D, I had no screen or wall between me and the players; however I did use a card I created with a sheet of paper folded once lengthwise and printed upon it various Ready Reference Table charts, and then laminated.
It was very handy.
