Batman is also much more a creative combatant with a greater arsenal than Daredevil.
... But then, I suppose, much like your other threads like this; it would greatly depend on who was writing the story and which company was publishing it.
At an RPG table, however - even in the hands of an inept player - Batman should prevail.

I have to go with Batman. He does have a contingency plan for each member of the Justice League if they go bad.
