So here are some of a few that I thought of in no particular order:

Star Wars( one planet)
Shadow Raiders( 2 planets and a Battle moon)
Classic Trek: The Doomsday Machine(uncounted planets)
Xmen The Phoenix Saga comics( High population Planet)

I believe the Star Wars movies account for 10 or 11 planets destroyed. The Doomsday Machine - Thousands, millions, no one knows the total.
In the Lensman Series, but not a movie, enough planets are destroyed to rival the Doomsday Machine.
