I just can't come up w rules for deck construction for the 2 types of decks that are going to be posted after the locked threads have moved(trying to make things more understandable). The only thing I can do is to give examples of the two.
Format one
a deck that is focused on 3 --5
decks that have things other than ships , Pci or instellations, for example I just finished a deck based on T changing to B/S/T
