The cartoon "Heavy Metal several hundred times and parts of it about double
Ed Wood 80 or so times
B movie Dunwich Horror maybe 50 times

I don't know with certainty about a single movie, but I can list several I've seen more than others.
HEAVY METAL was watched countless times by my group of friends as we were growing up. It's still a favorite. Don't bother with the sequel.
The animated version of THE HOBBIT and THE LORD OF THE RINGS. The local PBS channel would play THE HOBBIT several times and I always watched it whenever I could. I discovered THE LORD OF THE RINGS movie, and I enjoyed it as well. Both became staples of my gaming group. I wish the live-action version of The Hobbit would have been much more similar to the old, animated movie.
STAR TRK II: THE WRATH OF KHAN is one of my all-time favorite movies. It features the best ST villain played to perfection by Ricardo Montalban.
I've also watched LORD OF THE RINGS: Fellowship of the Ring a countless number of times.

The movie I have seen the most is "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers". It is the favorite musical of both myself and my late wife.
