All races start with their allotment of hit points and do not gain any hit points as they go up in level. For every two levels they gain, they subtract one from the attackers d20 roll.
Hit points by Race
Humans - Men have a minimum of six hit points and add one hit point for each constitution point from 13 to 18. They also add one hit point for each inch of height over 6 feet.
Leezards - To make is simple they range from four hit points to 28 hit points. depending on size and variety.
Buggss - These creatures have one or two hit points
Mo-rocs - These creatures have 23-30 hit points.
Orgoes - There creatures have 35-40 hit points.
Tivacs - These creatures have two to four hit points.
Wild Mages - Hit points as per their race.

Human adventuring parties are normally led by at least a fourth level adventurer. When a human party encounters another adventuring party its makeup by race is roughly as per below.
Encountered party by Race
Another Human Party - 5-10 people one of which is at least 4th level(or higher) and the rest of the party may be anything 1st to 3rd levels.
Leezards - 2d6 in size.
Buggss - 10 + 3d10 in size
Mo-rocs - 2d6 in size.
Orgoes - 2 + 1d4 in size
Tivacs - 6 + 2d8 in size
Wild Mages (if encountered) will have 10 + 3d10 minions outside the lair or 20 + 6d10 inside the lair.
All other creatures as per creature.
