While I don't recall this being stipulated anywhere, I remember that we house-ruled that certain terrain cards were limited to the faction they were related to.
Examples: Space Dragons/Orgons T6 Nebula - Dragon Nebula T6 Dragon Eggs T7 Dragon Lair
Corporate Pirates T6 Planet - Shrouded Planet
Corporate T9 System - Corporate System
Indirigan Pirates (any) T6 System - Indirigan Former Homeworld
Leopan T7 Nebula - Leopan Nebula
Tranoan T7/3 Planet - Tranoan Homeworld
Bolaar T6 Planet - Bolaar II
Aqaaran T8 Refuge - Aqaaran Aquatic Refuge
Argonian T7 Planetoid - Argonian Fighter Planetoid

The rules already covered some of that, if the name of the Major Empire is in it's title, it can not be put in another type of deck. I gave up on that sort of rules because I was the only one of us that followed that rule and it was unenforceable.

If someone tries to put a Filarian Moon into play and they aren't playing a Filarian deck... they can't. It becomes a dead card in their hand at best. I'm all for casual play, but you still have to have SOME structure/rules or it's complete chaos.

it's not a prob now as I make all the decks, we are very lazy and lax Since my goal is to create new players, I am trying to set their expectations early so that they don't get used to breaking the rules early on
