I can't even imagine it. I feel like the square in the world of spheres. * *Flatland, by E.Abbott

I don't use any of the different planes/dimensions as presented in any version of D&D. I do; however, have my own version and the players are frequently end up someplace other than their home universe. When they do there are no guarantees that anything works the same way as what they are used to.

I have never had experience with this. Could someone give me an example of what this would be like in game play? I really can't imagine it. Maybe I am over thinking it. Wouldn't be the first time!

Bah! it'll never succeed. Too politically incorrect: boys are squares, and girls are triangles!? What's the world coming to?

Has anyone here run adventures in different planes/dimensions? If so which ones? My players love adventures involving different planes, so far the ones used include: Airbus A380 Boeing 777 Boeing 747 Airbus A340 Boeing 747 Airbus A330 Just to name a few!

And those listed even have different "dimensions."

I feel ashamed that I didn't use this pun. My reputation is ruined.

Has anyone here run adventures in different planes/dimensions? If so which ones? I'm currently running something which takes the spirit of 2e Ravenloft ("a series of gothic-themed domains in which powerful evildoers from other worlds are confined by tragic, ironic curses") and runs it through a less-2e filter (no tedious tie-ins to every other setting in the TSR line and an emphasis on the sublimity and savage irony of the eighteenth-century gothic novel instead of cosy Hammer Horror aesthetics). Does that count?
