As a DM, do you make all of your rolls out in the open for everyone to see, behind a screen of some sort, or does it depend on what you're rolling against at the moment?

I have tried both ways, but I generally make all of my rolls behind a screen. The results will play out at the table.

I hide about half the rolls, saving throws or detection rolls I make are hidden. Attack rolls the monsters make are out in the open.

Attack rolls in the open and all others behind the screen is my preference. (If I had players) As it is only me, it is by default all in the open.
