Do you allow Fire Balls and/or Lightening Bolts to Breach a Rock Wall? Please explain your reasoning.

I would allow it, if they were alternating heat and cold, or heat and then applying a substantial amount of water.

I would say that each blast would remove some rock and that persistence would get it done.
