The only thing about the Reaper Bones miniatures I would change is for each mini to come on a circular base. There's nothing wrong with the bases on them. It's just a matter of preference. I found a bag of these small bases at the hobby store. I have started adding bases to all of my miniatures after painting them.

I like the paint job. The guy looks "real".

I like the paint job. The guy looks "real". Thanks! These Orcs were among the first minis I painted that I was truly happy with the finished results.

Thanks! These Orcs were among the first minis I painted that I was truly happy with the finished results. How did you get that mottled look on his tunic? I used a paint on primer in an experiment on these figures. I didn't like it, but I wanted to see what happened if I continued. I painted the tunic with silver in some spots (to represent chain or ring mail) and brown (for leather or cloth beneath it) and it just happened to work out. It's nice to know it can work but I don't like brush on primer on the Reaper Bones. I will either spray them OR put a base coat of light grey from the cheap acrylic hobby paint from Wal-Mart.
