Which better suits your OD&D game, all things considered? What do you use?

The metric system makes more sense in every way except "being what I learned to game with when I was first starting out with Warhammer 40K back in the day". I am just about old enough to have been raised under Imperial measurements and as a result I find them easier to visualise and break down.

It is what I am used to as I am a American.

I use Imperial measurements. Metric is cold, soulless and anti-humanity fit only for machines. Imperial measurements are woven into the fabric of humanity.

Imperial, the only real system. Had to learn metric in school and I hate it.

Imperial, the only real system. Had to learn metric in school and I hate it. The metric system is mechanical and sterile.

Imperial, the one with the flavor attached to it.

Imperial, why would I use metric?

Standard normal measurement, never metric.

The first one, i.e. the normal grounded one.

I hate the metric system. People are nuts, but it has been around a long time.

The English claim their guy invented the metric system in 1668 and the French claim they did in 1670 and the French were the first to adopt it. I don't care who created it, I will not use it.

I will always use the Imperial system that is grounded and connected to the real world. The metric system is soulless, sterile and void of flavor.
