Ok the idea is that you would run about 12 sessions total of dealing w a tribe of humnoids. In order to fit some of my ideas, they would prob neeed to be 2 hd, So Gnolls or Lizard Men would be perfect. A few of the humanoids should be recurring and recognizable. For my purposes here , I am going to use gnolls. Just to add some spice to the idea there will at least alo be Jackels , Hyenas and Ogres helping the tribe.

NPC #1 I present from Mysantia, Grandfather. This is an ancient(60ish) gnoll that is CN. He wants to emigrate to a human land but let's face it, he's a gnoll. He only has like 9 st so he wields a dagger super expertly(fights as if 6 HD) he has 3 HD 22 Hit points and is AC4 w . armor only("Shields are too heavy"). He will defect at first opportunity. He is brave and reliable. He speaks Gnoll, Goblin and Common. When the party kills him they will be missing out on an ally.

The 12 sessions will be separated as follows : for 9 ish games the party will need to whittle down the gnolls and for the last 3 it will be a siege of a small town.

NPC #2 Sub chief One Eye 3HD 19 HP St 17 AC 5 2 handed Sword This npc is a recurring Villain Speaks gnoll and Elven
One Eye is a big coward. He has survived cause he is powerful. The other Gnolls hate him and will not help. He will retreat and tell his troops to stay. He will berte the party in Elvan

NPC 3 "Burned" This toddler is super smart. So smart he represents a threat to civilization. AC 9 1/2 HD and Damage 1-3(claws) He will fight fiercely to protect the tribe, he will sneak into a backpack (exactly one) He will make 1 attack and then he will be scooped up.

Spells Cleric Cause LW x2 Darkness
Mage Magic Missile Tensor's Floating Disk
Darke is a consummate team player. He will get into battle and stay there only leaving when things are desperate. (needs careful timing). He knows how ro bind wounds in a single round, in combat< for d3 HP. Out of combat, he binds for d6 HP.

NPC 4 Cheetah Gnoll 2 hd HP 9 AC 5(6,w/o shield) long sword and Long bow
Cheetah in most ways is extremely ordinary. His only outstanding ability is running. He is super fast, double speed of a gnoll in light armor. He is a fairly competent long sword and Long bow wielder. He can harass the party from long range. A medium threat. Otherwise all average.
