This bit of mind-influencing magic causes one target to believe that the caster was implausibly right about something in the past. Usually this takes the form of a belief that the caster subtly communicated knowledge of the future or some distant event in a cryptic way understood only by the target. Details may vary.
The spell does not do anything but cause this belief in the mind of the target. It fades slowly as new experiences pile on and drown out the impression made by the spell.

Although I like it, this would be tuff for an average dm to adjudicate, At least 3rd.

I see this as a 1st level spell or even a cantrip, sort of a hedge wizard spell used by fortune tellers to scam people out of coin.
