The core rules lay out a base town and the surrounding area with some minimal information so I'm sure that an entire world would have been detailed further.

Was the town & surroundings area named? Was a map included if not a small one of the local region? I wonder if if it was meant to be fused with Blackmoor or a joint creation between Dave & the co-creator? Any insight would be welcomed, my fine sirs.
