Just got a backer update on the Tonisborg Dungeons Book:
So there is light at the end of the tunnel. Once all of the backers have received there books, I anticipate that the rest of the printing will be available for sale to non-backers. I will share that information here and elsewhere as soon as it is available.
I hope they are forced to do a second printing.
We got a call three weeks ago from the printer saying the books were done. We were ecstatic and quickly rushed down to pick them up. At first glance, the books were exactly what we wanted to bring to you. The cover, binding, printing, and paper quality are awesome, but...
As you can see on the two close-up images on the right - the pages were trimmed wrong - on some pages the art was cut off. It was very disappointing, to put it mildly. We wanted to hold off on any updates until we had something positive to get to you.
The good news is the printer and bindery are making it right - they have reprinted the books and are now rebinding them. They say have them next week - which we hope will happen. They've been doing books for quite a while, and these things are bound to happen. When they get it right, we'll get it right out to you.
