The serpent men had trouble, so they created the Jakata, but they proved to be a mutinous bunch. They are the products of magical gene-splicing. They are a combination of black panther and jack rabbit. They are super fast (always win DEX checks), have supernatural Luck, and a minimum 16 strength. Hit points range from 2d10 to 4d10.
Each tribe is centered around a high CHA "Inventor" who leads them in innovative combat. Every Tribe consists of 70+1d8 males (no females). The serpent men in order, to control these creatures made sure that reproduction be difficult as another means of controlling them. The leader/"Inventor" has been gifted with the ability to train his followers in special tactics, which are unique to that leader"Inventor." For example: One tribe uses combat chains as weapon and another is trained to fight in groups of pairs to form a shield wall.

Orcs, Gnolls and Ogres have a very strange quirk. They are afraid of females. No one has been able to make heads or tails out of this, otherwise they are as per your rules.

The gnolls have a quirk all to themselves. The dback 1/2 their bodies is devoid of hair and albino skin
