4th level spell
Panacea (healing spell for magic-users)
This spell heals 2-12 +1 hit points for physical wounds only and it must be cast while the wounded person still clings to life. The healing effect will be lost if the wounded person does not rest for at least an hour after receiving healing. In addition, the magic-user must also rest an hour and cannot cast any additional spells during that time.
