Is it still available somewhere? Anybody know where I can find it?

I might have a copy of this somewhere. I'll give it a look. In the meantime, I'll see if I can find a link. I do believe that Greyharp has something like this, also... He may have included it in his Age of Hyboria stuff in his Conan supplements on that link I gave you in your thread about everyone's a fighting-man. You might check there, too.

...And, almost immediately, this popped up.

Maybe we need to offer this in the "Ye olde School" thread? It might be useful to people.
If it isn't there, and, IF, as I'm not sure, it's legal? If it's an illegal thing, I'll ditch the link to it fairly.

Not certain about the legality but I imagine it would be pretty safe under fair use? I did manage to find a version here: sites.fastspring.com/apriorcrs/product/product_catalogIt's free but you do have to go through the order process to get it. It looks like the version that merctime posted is incomplete-- it's cut off at page 18 which ends in the middle of a sentence. The one I linked to is formatted differently but appears to be complete.EDIT:I was wrong-- it's complete just printed in a booklet type format that mixes the pages up when looking at it in the viewer.

Sorry for the necro but I had to say this.
Wow thanks guys! After reading pages about this on the OD&D forums, and going through phases of "I totally got this!" to "Wait, what? dear lord how do people do this?" I think I finally understand having read this document. That is the most useful thing I have read for using Chainmail in OD&D.

If it's an illegal thing, I'll ditch the link to it fairly. Thanks all, and no worries, it is perfectly legal. No copyright material (like tables) was reproduced or otherwise infringed upon, and quoted material is kept within legal boundaries with proper citation. I wouldn't have made it publicly available otherwise.

Gems, jewels, platinum, gold, sliver and bronze, some of it even magical, all hidden away waiting to be found.
