I recall, on reading through Delving Deeper, that...there used to be a lot of people involved. Maybe dozens in a campaign world, affecting each other and not necessarily adventuring in the same parties or (their players) sitting at the same table.
Has anyone ever done something where they ran stuff PbP or by email, but had people they met with in person, too?
