17) Paragon> greatsword> this can turn into any single thing that could be purchased from a well equipped general store for adventurers. The item must be non organic , weigh no more than a greatsword., non magical, no more than 5 parts and worth no more than 100 gold. Item is permanent after change and will not change again.

9) Two Shot>saber>2x/daily add +1/+1 for 1 round 10) Great Reach> Long Sword> 2x/daily you my make a melee attack at range of 40" 9. +1H and +1D? 10. 40 yards = 120 feet, how does that work? I can think of a few different ways. One would be that the sword teleports you there and back in one melee round including the attack. Or does it Dimension Door you there and back?

Is this like the Split Move and Fire or is it more powerful than that? This is mao forgetting which ed of D&D we support, not sure how to fix this Do not worry about the Edition, how about just say that it works kinda sorta like the Elves Split Move and Fire. Elves Split Move and Fire refers to missle weapon fire. Here you are applying this to melee weapons, specifically the magic sword.
You wrote:
I would do it as follows: Since the way that I run OD&D I allow everyone on both sides to take their move and then attack the same round if that brings both opponents into melee range. I do not normally use Initiative unless one side is surprised, then the surprised side loses Initiative, otherwise all attacks are simultaneous. Then: 7. Move! > Great Sword>3x daily you may automatically gain Initiative when there is no surprise on either side and add half to your move distance. If you are surprised, you still have Initiative. If your opponent is surprised you double your move and with Initiative add a second attack that round. (Note: If you are charging it is additive with the sword move bonus.) (Also note opponents that require magic to hit can be hit by this sword, unless they require a greater than a +3 bonus to Hit, even though there is no to Hit bonus)
