This plus 1 dagger does normal damage but when you roll a 20 to hit or max damage,you may activate it's true ability. The blade transforms in to a rot grub golum and burrows into the victum for an automatic d8 damage each round.The blade must be retrieved to function again, It still can only do this once a week. It looks like an average dagger with a rot grub handle.It radiates transformation magic. A dedicated CLW will shut it off, but the spell heals no damage.
