The Northern Kingdoms. This is the Western Northern Kingdoms located immediately north of Etrania. Pure wilderness country with almost no human settlements. A few viking towns and outposts, Nyrborg - The Nobles Stronghold. Ostland - Eastland, western most Viking settlement, so far west it is considered to be in the far east. Iss Tarn - The Ice Lake. Domr Borg - Judgement Keep. The main viking city here. The Sentinel Towers, the only item on the map that does not have an Old English name. Players exploring this map had to travel across country with almost no roads or trails. The Vikings of course, preferred to use longboats, and mostly traveled on the coast and along the rivers.
