This was the usually the starting location for most games. To the South is the Kingdom of Amarra, To the East, Chelar. The Northern part of the map led to the icy wastes, and there were lots of ruins to explore including entire great cities to the Northeast.

Etrania Cultural DataA quick reference listing is provided for every settlement on the map. It details economic data describing the main sources of income for the community, as well as military garrison strength of each settlement. The coordinates uses an alphanumeric system to precisely locate the settlement on the map provided and starts with the letter a in the left hand column of hexes and ends with XX which is the hex column all the way to the right. The numbers are the number of hexes counted from the bottom of the map to the top, so, R3/R4 is the exact location of the town of Seamist, and S3 is the location of Seamist Castle. Both are located on the coast, very close to the South edge of the map. I labeled the map, so it would be easier to locate the settlements.
