Wow, this stuff is cool. Exalt earned from me, Jakob GrimmI think that one of the things that set Tolkien apart from many fantasy creators were the languages that he detailed. I once attended a two-part seminar about the separate dialects of elves LOL Hey! I still think that it is pretty cool. I'm not sure what to do with it my game, though? What does it mean? I enjoyed that the further away that one got from the Shire, the stranger the names become. The names of places are, in general, are interesting. Around me, there are towns named after family names and English descriptions, but my favourite are the towns with the old native American Indian names. This language of the destroyed Sioux Nation, though the meanings are mostly gone for the general public, is still hidden within the fabric of the land. I think that that is important and says something about us. How would you go about using this in the game?

Thank you ripx187, I think this is interesting and I agree that Tolkien is set apart, although I am not sure but I think MAR Barker also did the language thing with Tekumel. But there are not many. I don't give the language to the players, but I let them overhear people talking now and then in cant and they try to figure out what they just heard.
