Killer Fighter 1
St 12 In 13 Ws 5 Con 15 Dx 9 Cha 10 Killer is a loud mouthed braggart , says he could crush you between his fingers. He is so very loud that any party he is with tke a minor penalty for being surprised. Several parties he has travelled with, have minor bounties on his head. Brave to the point of recklessness, he very easily could get your group into something he can't finish. (edit: based on real pc that several players tried to get my theif to kill him in his sleep)

(a little help w/ the lifting on this please) Father Samuel The Sickly ST 9 IN 7 WS 14 CON 7 DX 15 con 7 Cha 8
Samuel started out as a simple clergy man with a hacking cough and one hand in the collection basket. As he is so dumb he was removed from his church service and was forced to become an adventurer, so not how he wanted life to turn out. So terrified of adventuring, he took a job as a cook at a popular Inn, the Prancing Pony. It will not be long till his CON gets him fired(remember the hacking cough?)His only possessions are leather armor and a sling, and will soon take his terrified self into the dungeon again.

I think that since he has two Constitutions, he should add them together and get rid of that hacking cough. Nobody with a 14 CON needs a noisy cough. Otherwise, I think Colin really nailed the character's personality.

Sir Rodney the Holy Fighter (bodyguard) 1
Once per day he may intercept damage to a companion within 10 feet of him, In exchange he cannot use a shield.
St 14 Int 13 wis 13 Con 14 Dx 15 Cha 12 At an early age the church had singled out this superior individual for paladinhood. "Purchased" from a loving home at the age of 8, Rodney was brought up in the tender care of the tiny Paladin school.Although he was superior in almost every way, his charisma didn't keep up with the rest of his abilities. Still there was a place for him with a related knightly order where he excelled. It was discovered that he was an ideal bodyguard and took to it like a duck to water. After serving out a year long gig w/ the church, Rodney is now filled with wanderlust and seeks the companionship of an adventuring party.
Rodney will make an excellent addition to almost any party however he will not stay unless the party has a paladin or cleric in it. Brave but not foolhardy, with a winning smile. His fatel flaw is females. Raised in seclusion w all men, he does not understand women and is easily led astray, a fact that he is so far unaware of.

The intercept damage thing, I mean.

Om just figured all he would need to say, "Ok I intercept the damage to our mage" and it just kinda happens, I supose you could make it some kind of DX roll or save vrs death(?)

I think you need to think it out a bit more, he can't turn his back on the guy he is fighting and somehow automatically take damage for the mage 10 feet away. Also seems like if he is protecting the mage a shield would help with that. Maybe he fights right beside and a little in front of the mage and he is highly trained on defense or something like that.

KIef The Thief Thief(Vault breaker.) St 9 Int 9 wis 12 Con 10 Dx12 Cha 8 Kief raised himself on the streets, quickly making friends w the Thieves Guild in town. While he is neither physically or mentally gifted, he had something extra. He was as good a follower as he was a leader, having some sort of boldness that made him standout, which carried him along until he made enemies in the guild. On the run now, he is looking for a quik way out of here(and he's none too picky on who he will hook up with)He had many a run in w the local mages, which propelled him into becoming a Vault Breaker
Vault Breakers give up Pick Pocket and Back Stab, in exchange he gets 1 Detect Magic per L and at 3rd gets Dispel magic(this has a range of touch)

I like what you are doing mao . Each individual character can tweaked between player and referee in a way that no cut and dried rules could ever cover and each character can become truly unique. A player starts as a thief and then as the result of events the player has an idea and the referee ( a good old school one) can work with that, I know that I would (do). People need to remember that in OD&D but the player and the referee have freedom to do whatever mutually works and that covers a lot of territory.

Re-Tadu race Dragonborn one(dragon man(Fighter)
Cannot wear armor Natural armor 6/14 May fly at walking speed 1R/L St 13 Int 13 WS 12 Con 13 Dx 13 Cha 5
Re is odd for a "good" Dragonborn, he is red instead of a metallic(Cha 5). He is always being shunned and hunted. This has left him cold and bitter. Secretly he longs for companionship.,

Yeah I believe the rolls, now and then a really good string will show up. Plus if you have a lot of d6's and you roll them 10's of thousands of times, you end up with favorites.

Elven fighter/thief and con man. Very successful and wins as much gold with his tongue as he does with his fingers.
