The Eber live on a planet they destroyed w a nuclear war. They are much bigger than humans and sing instead of talk. These barbarians have aprox 1800 tech or so, but what sets them apart is their Brain design..
Their brain has 4 lobes each of which have a dif personality, the Eber manipulate this with drugs and ritual dancing. One of the lobes is a "mother" mind, while another is warrior. Can't remeber the other 2 but this is by far one of my all time fav RPG books
