Once out of the dungeon, you are able to test out the shield, it seems to be +1.
How do you want to divide the treasure? Whoever takes the shield will get an additional 500 sp.
You have 7.5 people for XP division purposes.
Looks like you had agreed on this:
Your haul isn't big enough to justify a bonus for the men at arms (and may make it hard to hire them for another trip...).

If that is ok with everyone, thank you. How do you want to divide the cash? Divide it among everyone other than Adara or include Adara? Do I need to buy anything among the consumables before we go back into the dungeon? Do I need to pay Desiree anything before we go back into the dungeon. I don't need a full share, but I need at least enough to be able to go back into the dungeon. We can drop Desiree from this next foray if we need to. |

The total cash haul is equivalent to 160 gp so not much. If each PC including Adara gets a share, that's 26 gp, 6 sp each (plus 4 sp). If Adara doesn't take a share, that's 32 gp each. As to re-supply, whoever had a lit torch used one. Anyone who used a lantern used 6 of 24 turns worth of oil. Everyone has to consume a weeks worth of rations, though being near town, you can just purchase a week's worth of normal rations. Since you are adventuring near your home town for now, I will assume you can lodge for free. |

Yeah, not much difference there. Let's just assume that GP is split evenly unless otherwise noted. That should help speed things up in the future. I will mark off a torch for Magni and rations for both Magni and Koss.

Kaira will drop both of her men-at-arms since I don't have enough gold to pay them for another week. The remaining supplies that I purchased before can be split among the party. There are 34 Torches of which I will care another 6 Torches, leaving 28 Torches to be split among the party. The other items I purchased for Torn and Tern will be a parting gift to encourage them to work for me again at some future date when hopefully I will have more gold. I just marked them as Not Along for the time being. Let me know if at any point I can upgrade them to Henchmen.

Actually, gold was 20 gold to each PC, with 2 gold (10%) going to each henchman unless you wanted to change the gold division... I applied XP based on 20 gold to PC w/o henchman, 18 to PC w/henchman, and 2 to henchman. If you want to just give each henchman a 1/2 treasure share, then yes, 20 gold each PC, 10 gold each henchman, and 120 XP each PC and 60 XP each henchman (modified by XP bonus). Let me know. Also, rossik you will need to decide what to do with your hirelings. As a party, you could pool cash to pay the hirelings... |

Guys I am sorry to do this, but I am on line so infrequently right now, if this game got underway again, I would not be able to keep up so I am going to have to bow out.
