GrottZine ("CaveZine") is a Swedish OSR fanzine printed in limited editions. Once the physical copies are sold out the issues are meant to be released as PDF files for free download. At the time being, issue #1 is available for free download on the site (scroll down to the entry marked "fredag 26 september 2014" and click on the headline "Nummer 1 kan nu laddas ned " to reach the download button marked "Ta en titt!"). The site, as well as the fanzine, is in Swedish, but issue #1 actually includes an interview with James Raggi that is presented in English.

I love the 'zine activity that's going on right now. DCC has a ton of great support coming out in the form of active 'zines. Dak Ultimak is doing the CA convention circuit right now for Goodman Games and also representing a lot of cool independent 'zines--including my WIZARDS MUTANTS LASER PISTOLS!!!  He's got a table full of killer 'zines and reps hard for the old skool DIY niche, from OD&D to DCC.  Good guy.

Yeah, 'zines are definitely cool! Hmm, now you made me curious about making one of my own, monk... Time is short as always but I actually believe I'll have to think about this...

A minor update: GrottZine issues no. 3 and 4 are now available for download. I just ordered copies of no. 2 and 5, and I know there are few copies left of those, so perhaps it won't be long until they'll be released for download too soon.

(Oh, and the Necromantic Department of Shameless Self-promotion would like to state that I'm featured in issue no. 4 - the interview is in Swedish, but there are three new pics I made exclusively for this fanzine, for those who might be interested in taking a look!)
