I answered no, this one went under my "gaming history" radar. May have to look for a second hand copy at some point. I do think there isn't much in the way of undiscovered history re D&D at this point, considering all of the other gaming history documents that have been published. I get the feeling, at this point, new offerings are more of a personal opinion more than a "history." A notable exception might be the legal documents being analyzed elsewhere on this forum.
