Isn't this the one that was published as a series by decade? That idea just kind of turned me off. I don't want to have to buy multiple books when I can get Peterson's Playing At The World in a single volume.

I'm mainly interested in the 70s and 80s BUT I would like to read about every decade as well.

Just smells too much like those old subscription recipe things from the 70's & 80's. You get the binder and 5 free then we'll send you 10 over priced cards every month until you set yourself on fire to get out of the contract...
